What's included in every Dash bond clean
Each one of our bond cleans follows your agent's approved checklist for Brisbane properties. Here's what's covered as standard on every job.
Kitchen
Oven inside and out (including door glass, racks and oven floor), stovetop, rangehood including filter, cupboards and drawers inside and out, splashback, sink and taps, benchtops, dishwasher exterior.
Floors
Full vacuum throughout, hard floors swept and mopped. Carpet steam cleaning is available as an add-on and required under many Brisbane lease agreements.
Bathrooms
Shower screens, tiles and grout throughout, shower head and taps, toilets, vanities and mirrors, exhaust fans, floor tiles and grout, all fixtures.
Add-ons
Carpet steam cleaning, upholstery steam cleaning, balcony and patio cleaning, oven deep clean, external window cleaning.
Bedrooms & living
Skirting boards (full run of every room), window sills and tracks, blinds (slats wiped), ceiling fans, wardrobes inside and out, light fittings, power points and switches.
